Position: Guest Relations

Employment Type: Full-time Employee

Job Responsibilities:

  • Providing personalized support to Japanese customers and communicating with Thai suppliers (hotels)
  • Attending to Japanese inbound tour groups during their stay in Thailand
  • Handling individual customer issues via phone or in person, in case of a problem

Requirements:

  • Preferably around 35 years old (not a strict requirement)
  • Nationality: Japanese
  • Experience in the travel industry is a plus
  • Understanding of business etiquette
  • Strong hospitality mindset
  • Cheerful and energetic personality
  • Possibility of internal department transfer after joining

Salary & Benefits:

  • Allowance: Home country visit allowance (for employees with 3+ years of service)
