Position: Guest Relations
Employment Type: Full-time Employee
Job Responsibilities:
- Providing personalized support to Japanese customers and communicating with Thai suppliers (hotels)
- Attending to Japanese inbound tour groups during their stay in Thailand
- Handling individual customer issues via phone or in person, in case of a problem
Requirements:
- Preferably around 35 years old (not a strict requirement)
- Nationality: Japanese
- Experience in the travel industry is a plus
- Understanding of business etiquette
- Strong hospitality mindset
- Cheerful and energetic personality
- Possibility of internal department transfer after joining
